Dow non-corrosive silicone products for electronic sealing, bonding and adhering applications can be found in three cure types:
Specialized fast-cure adhesive– enable strong bonds to a wide variety of substrates with up to 50 percent faster cure time than conventional heat-cure platinum catalyzed silicone adhesive systems.
Fast, flexible UV-cure adhesive– enable the material to quickly achieve full, deep section cure faster through irradiation with ultraviolet (UV).
Hot melt adhesives– process simply and quickly, offering a unique combination of properties for a lower total cost versus conventional thermal cure adhesives.

Together with Dymax adhesives, the ultraviolet (UV) and LED light-curing equipment provides rapid surface curing, depth of cure, and speed of cure.
Cures with LED and UV Curing Conveyor Systems offers consistent, fast, and safe cures of UV and LED curable adhesives, coatings, and inks.
High Intensity LED and UV Spot Lamp Light-Curing Systems deliver optimized curing energy to a very precise location. They can be used manually or incorporated into a high-speed automated assembly line.
Moderate to High-Intensity UV Light-Curing Flood and Focused Beam Systems uses moderate- to high-intensity LED/UV/Visible light for the fast curing of light-curable adhesives, coatings, and UV inks.
Dymax Light-Curing System Accessories improve a LED or UV/Visible light curing process including light guides, replacement bulbs, light shields and shutters, stands, controllers, and protective eye gear.
UV Intensity Radiometers for Spot, Flood Lamp and Conveyor Light-Curing Systems are easy to operate and allow operators to monitor and document a UV/Visible light curing process.
Limited Quantity, Close-out Equipment are refurbished to pass the outgoing intensity and performance specifications of a new unit. These items come with a 6-month warranty and exclude bulbs and lightguides.
